Purchase of our new 2019 Subaru Ascent Our family had been interested in the new Subaru Ascent since we first heard rumors about it in 2016. When we first were notified we could pre-order it we reached out to Ganley Subaru East and were lucky enough to be put in touch with Brad Lunar. Brad proceeded to make the whole experience a pleasure. From the time I went in and ordered it with Brad to the time it was delivered 4 months later (two days ago by the way) Brad kept me informed and up-to-date on the progress and what to expect. He did a fantastic job of setting expectations. In addition he under promised and over delivered which is always the way to go as far as I am concerned. I was always pleased with every outcome of the process. I have already told Brad that when my 15 year old turns 16 and it is time for me to pass on my Outback (3rd Subaru) to her that he will be getting a call from me. The Ascent is our 4th Subaru and we are staying in the family. I highly recommend going to see Brad at Ganley East. Sincerely, Alex More

Some didn’t even call back and others didn’t give me the time of day bc they knew I was out of state and I was younger, they were just looking for a short sale but not ganley Subaru east ! They listened to my plan and were excited to help even though it would be in a couple months, the whole staff was incredibly helpful and kind and now I’m a proud WRX owner and all of my future suabarus will come from this dealer. A used car dealer with integrity. We needed to purchase a good clean used vehicle for our son. We purchased a 2009 Honda Civic LX. It is his first car and required to get him to his We needed to purchase a good clean used vehicle for our son. We purchased a 2009 Honda Civic LX. It is his first car and required to get him to his first professional employment (a summer internship). Kelly Derrick was our salesman and took excellent care of us. During the initial test drive, we discovered that the air conditioner was not working. After committing to the purchase price of the car, Ganley stated that they would fix it. We discovered the fix to be a multi-day process. On Day One they recharged the system with coolant, we picked up the vehicle to discover that the coolant leaked out of the system and the AC was blowing warm air. On Day Two Ganley discovered a couple of additional major components that needed to be replaced, the compressor and the condenser. True to their word, Ganley replaced these components at no additional cost to us. On Day Three we picked up the vehicle and are now happy owners. Kelly did a terrific job of keeping us informed of the status of the ongoing repair. I am fairly certain that Ganley did not account for the final cost of the AC repair in their asking price for the vehicle. I am also pretty sure that they did not profit from the sale of our vehicle. Yet they honored their commitment to repair the AC (on their dime!). It is refreshing to find a dealership with such integrity and I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone. In a bit or "small world" irony, the car was originally sold as a new vehicle by Bob Androsko at MotorCars Honda. Bob is my former neighbor, friend on the staff at Ganley's. He was very knowledgable about all the features that came with the model we were interested in. Jim took care of the financing and he too did an awesome job. While waiting on the paperwork, Brad showed us around the dealership, introducing us to the workers in the different departments. All employees we met were friendly. We felt welcomed. And at no point did we feel pressured into a sale. All in all, a super car buying experience. We love our new Outback and we'll definitely reccomend Brad to anyone we know that may be in the market for a vehicle. We're glad to be part of the Ganley-Subaru family!! Cherie & John Bennett More

Never leased a vehicle before ,was at dealership by myself I had a used vehicle and on Memorial day weekend , alote of DealerShips were closed , I was so ThanKFul that , I got out of my vehicle and I blessed w I had a used vehicle and on Memorial day weekend , alote of DealerShips were closed , I was so ThanKFul that , I got out of my vehicle and I blessed with Marlene Seeling a Product Specialist , We came inside and we talked she say if your not ready to buy , I do not want you in anyway to be obligated to buy or purchase something that you will not be happy with ,Marlene , looked at my vehicle and made sure , it got driven and looked at , I had no intentions of getting a New Vehicle , I am on disability and it is hard for me to understand alote of info with learning disabilitys , I was Blessed ,I walk into Marlene , that did not take advantage of me , she was more than honest , she explained everything perfect , weather it was at her desk or test driving vehicles , she went over options on everything I drove and she did not want me in anyway to be pressured , Marlene went above and beyond to reach out to me , to make sure I was understanding everything ,and if I did not ,she was a genuine person , and made sure I did and felt comfortable , the key here ,Marlene was upfront and honest and that in it self , I like , she took me through different departments to Ganleys service place ,parts,payment window etc, and I got to meet everyone , I found a vehicle I liked ,but through Mark Akroyd and Marlene I was able to lease a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek , I was stunned I never got to drive a new vehicle both of them reached out and made sure I got affordable lease payments , with little or no credit with vehicle trade in , Marlene took her time and did not rush me and she more than fully explained vechicle hand guide and went through and explained very important things , she went outside and went to go over vehicle again and she remineded me if I have questions or did not understand ,that she would explain it again . Follow up call and again reached out , told me to call her if needed anything or any part of Ganley , this happen to be The Best experince I had , The Ganley Team in Wickliffe all of them treated each person with respect ,Marlene , is an Asset , to Ganley and a God sent to me , She really went above and beyond considering my disabilitys, without judgement or what they were , and Mark Ackroyd , Thank You For the Excellent Serves at Ganley a nice place , Marlene Seeling , Ganley , one a of a kind Genuine caring person and work with me , This is the kind Experience people should have.
