Brittany Mendez, our Product Specialist, was so friendly, We had a terrific experience purchasing our new Forester at Ganley Subaru East in Wickliffe. Brittany Mendez, our Product Specialist, was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. And all of the other members of the dealership’s team were also very personable and helpful. We were able to take home our new Forester and trade in our old car, on the same day, despite it being a very busy sale day at the dealership. All in all, we have no criticisms and only high praise for our experience! More

Disappointing Only plus of this dealer is the complimentary loaner for the day. This dealer wanted to charge for all diagnostics even though I purchased my vehicle Only plus of this dealer is the complimentary loaner for the day. This dealer wanted to charge for all diagnostics even though I purchased my vehicle there. Dealer told me ball joints needed replaced, control arm bushings needed replaced, timing belt was close to needing replaced and that back up camera needed replaced. Took this same vehicle to a trusted mechanic who looked over entire vehicle and road tested. He found main wiring harness to be one pot hole away from disconnecting, reconnected it with one simple lever and guess what...back up Camera works just fine. Ball joints and control arms check out just fine. Even more maddening was that I asked service rep twice to see if wiring was loose on camera and they again wanted to charge a diagnostic fee. I feel lucky to have someone I can trust with an honest work up of my car because Ganley East Subaru is not! More

disorganized service rep behind the counter This is my third visit to this location. Twice for recalls once for routine service. Each time there has been "issues" with the service rep. This last This is my third visit to this location. Twice for recalls once for routine service. Each time there has been "issues" with the service rep. This last time the service representative did not returns calls while my car was being serviced. He did not call me when the job was done. When I called him to get a report he said he would call me back but one hour later he still didn't call me back. When I did pick up the car he did not review the work done'' he was too busy to review the work. One week after the recall was done I still got an email saying that the recall needed to done. I won't go back, and I really don't want to take the time to write a review. I am only doing this because they asked me to. More

I felt the car I ended up leasing was a good choice for the money involved. The whole process was completed in a timely fashion. I appreciated Gino's assistance in turning in my previously leased Toyota. I am satisfied with my car & so far enjoying it. My only complaint was the stipulation of a $300.00 penalty if I failed to buy or lease another Subaru. It very nearly cancelled the whole deal and I still regret accepting that clause. Are you really so unsure of your product that you need to have financial insurance of a future sale? This 'hook' should be disclosed earlier in the process. More
