Your dealership completely dropped the ball after the sale.I am extremely unhappy about my experience. I Purchased a vehicle in Utah that needed to be titled in Virginia. It appears one of your staff sale.I am extremely unhappy about my experience. I Purchased a vehicle in Utah that needed to be titled in Virginia. It appears one of your staff did not confirm the correct address to send the title to. There was zero communication with me. I could have easily given you the correct address. There was no attempt to contact me, it appears. I was left holding the bag. I had to go to the DMV in Virginia three different times and had to drive to UPS depot an hour away from my home in Virginia to unravel the mistake. Are you going to compensate me for your carelessness? More

My chevy was involved in an accident where my driver rear wheel was impacted. Tried to tell me it was a brake shim, and I was 99% sure something was bent. No one wanted to listen to me. So due to this my tr wheel was impacted. Tried to tell me it was a brake shim, and I was 99% sure something was bent. No one wanted to listen to me. So due to this my truck which I use to provide for my family has been held up an additional week. Body shop sent truck to GMC side and within an hour I had a video showing my axle was bent. Could have saved us all a lot of headache if u actually looked at it. More
