When we decided what vehicle we wanted the process was easy and understandable. The prices at the dealership were very fair, no gimmicks, and the quality of the cars are at the level you need for a long lasting car. More

Jeremy and Abby were Fantastic! I really hate buying cars and know how crappy the process is from the last couple of cars I bought and even when I sold cars myself at a Nissan Dealer I really hate buying cars and know how crappy the process is from the last couple of cars I bought and even when I sold cars myself at a Nissan Dealership. I worked with Jeremy in the beginning who was friendly and very professional. Really knew his stuff but he could tell I was a type of car buyer who likes the loud noise car with speed and sounds like it has power but can get great gas mileage for my long commute but understood that I work in a very professional environment and recommended the Accord and Civic to meet my needs. Test drove a few cars, he explained everything very well, had a great conversation. You could tell how much he loved the Accords and I am positive that helped my decision along with how quiet they were and how well the drove on the freeway. Especially when that Turbo kicked in. He had a few appointments and handed me off to Abby which I later found out was a newer sales rep. I would have never guessed that because of how personable she was with me and gave me the best personal experiences on side by side comparisons based on her knowledge. She was fun to talk to and sounded like we related on many things with cars and our relationship. Also a very good sales person, very stern when is comes to price and discounting which I respected very well. You can't make money if you discount every little thing or else your business would be in bad shape. Even then I still walked out feeling like I got a good deal on a my new vehicle. She is an amazing asset to the Ken Garff Riverdale team! Do not lose Abby and Jeremy! The Financing Process could be a bit smoother and quicker regardless of people's credit situation, that's a cut and dry response area but it's 2019 and I haven't seen anything change on that end in a long time. However in my few interactions with the finance team I really liked how they still kept it in the hands of the sales people like Jeremy and Abby. More
Broken down, needed help asap My family and I were on our way from Montana to California and we hit a huge piece of retread that came off a big rig. The check engine light came on My family and I were on our way from Montana to California and we hit a huge piece of retread that came off a big rig. The check engine light came on right away and we pulled off the road. We assessed the vehicle and could not see anything immediately wrong. That's when I called your service center and talked to Merissa Cook. I told her of the situation and she was very understanding and compassionate to our predicament. We made it to the service center and she was going to try and get us a diagnosis. She gave us information on the local restaurants, shopping and kids area. My family and I left and shortly after leaving Merida called us with the problem and estimate. I was ecstatic to hear we might get back on the road in short order. We returned to the shop, retrieved our car and were back on the road to complete our 10 hour drive to St George. The intinerary was tight as I had to be back to work. I am a firefighter and respond to 911 calls everyday to assist people in need. That day Merrisa responded to my call for help and I can't say thank you enough times. My family and I are so greatfull to have had her to assist us that day. Merissa is an asset to Honda and your service center. Thank you again. Sincerely, Brett Walker More
