Good Experience Low pressure here. They will try to upsell you on warranty type stuff a little bit, but they won't pressure you into anything you don't want for your Low pressure here. Our salesman was down to earth and answered lots of questions for us. The wait time for the paperwork was a tad high, but that's pretty normal I think for a dealership. Probably the best bang for your buck while being somewhat lowerpriced for a used vehicle with warranties and coverage. We got a 2014 Dodge Journey and love it so far! More

Just a recall! I had the car in for a simple airbag recall next thing I know I'm getting text messages and a video of the car with the hood open with all the filters I had the car in for a simple airbag recall next thing I know I'm getting text messages and a video of the car with the hood open with all the filters laying on the hood showing me that they needed replacing along with every fluid the car has. They kept texting me prices on everything they thought needed to be done! I didn't have them do the services and when I got the car home to change the filters myself I found the air filter housing was not put on correctly causing unfiltered air to enter the engine along with the cabin air filter not pushed back in and locked into place! Plus I get a call 2 or 3 times a month from a different salesperson wanting me to come trade it in for a new Pilot. I will not be doing business again with Ken Garff honda. More

Service Everything was good. The only thing I want to mention is this. I received a video of my dirty air filters but there was absolutely no mention of my Everything was good. If I had not noticed it on the paperwork nothing would have been said. So the thing that would have stranded my wife that was tested and found bad was not even mentioned. I appreciate being informed about dirty filters but an item of far greater concern was not mentioned. I don’t know if that is because it was a warranty item or not. Other than that everything was great! More
