The staff at Ken Garff worked well with us...since it was the holiday season, their individual schedules for service were sporadic and we worked primarily with Mario, Beau, and Vinnie. Great service from both and they never pressured us although we visited the dealer 4-5 times as we went between a couple of Chevy dealers and Ken Garff Honda. The staff passed information well to each other, and although we worked with different staff at times, they each had our latest information and answers to your questions. We did purchase a Pilot on Christmas Eve...good price, although we were hoping for a little more off the price. More

When pictures became available of the used vehicle I want I worked with Michael to set up my appointment and he was very helpful and quick to respond. When pictures became available of the used vehicle I wanted, he sent me the link to view without me asking. When I arrived at the dealership I worked with David Jacoby and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike other salesmen I have worked with in the past he was not at all pushy. I now have a car I love and want to drive all the time!
