We we're deciding between the Chevy Traverse and Honda Pilot...although the Traverse is a little larger, the Pilot had more standard features. The staff at Ken Garff worked well with us...since it was the holiday season, their individual schedules for service were sporadic and we worked primarily with Mario, Beau, and Vinnie. Great service from both and they never pressured us although we visited the dealer 4-5 times as we went between a couple of Chevy dealers and Ken Garff Honda. The staff passed information well to each other, and although we worked with different staff at times, they each had our latest information and answers to your questions. We did purchase a Pilot on Christmas Eve...good price, although we were hoping for a little more off the price. More
