I asked if they had a military/law enforcement discount which they did. This helped save some money which was nice. They also realized another problem with the door after they gave me the estimate. Because they realized this after the fact I was only charged an extra $50 instead of the full $120 for this repair. More

Tyler (our salesperson from our CR-V) was enjoying a well deserved day off on the day we chose to stop by the dealership. Enoch was fantastic walking us through the upgrades and features in the vehicle for the model we were interested in. He was patient with my questions and stipulations. He made sure we were getting the car we wanted at the best possible value for us. Marlin was wonderful as well, respectful of the desired payment we were looking for and willing to help us achieve it. The sale felt natural not pressured or rushed.
