I received my recall notice for my Honda Ridgeline and made an appointment. On the day of my appointment I arrived and as soon as someone was available they helped me. I waited for the work to be done and came prepared to keep myself busy crocheting on my grandsons afghan. It hadn't been long at all when he came over and said some thing like "Sorry you didn't get much time to work on that. Your Ridgeline is ready to go." He was very kind. Walked me through the paperwork and I was on my way. My Ridgeline was waiting for me just outside the door. Please look up to see his name as I have been ill and don't remember. When I look at the photos below I think it may have been Jesse. Wished I felt better because he deserves a 5 star rating. Please tell him thanks again. More
