I had some trim that needed to be replaced under warranty on my almost new Honda. Graff Service did a great job getting me in and getting it done, but now I have 3 small dents above that replaced trim. I as on my almost new Honda. I understand that repairs can be difficult and vehicles get dents, but I'm not happy that the first dents on my vehicle were put there by the dealership. More
Over all I like this place the only problem is they have tried to sell me the same $600 service 3 times now. I was very disappointed with 1st service experience after purchase of car, which occurred ~Aug 2021. However I later became Extremely pleased with Daniel King and how he arranged the 2nd service appointment purchase of car, which occurred ~Aug 2021. However I later became Extremely pleased with Daniel King and how he arranged the 2nd service appointment on Jan 29, 2023 to address the my 10 month issue I was trying to get resolved. That we experienced after owning the car for two months. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure my disappointment with Ken Graff Riverdale dealership was rectified and I was a satisfied customer before I went back home to Blackfoot, Idaho. Dan could of blown me off like the original sales lady whom first reach out to me on a inquire to buy a car from Ken Graff did. Dan completed the sale of a 2019 WRX Subaru to our family as this sales lady was not in the day we drove down from Idaho to test drive cars. From the first moment Dan was interested in selling us what we were interested in and not what he wanted to sell. He was patient, kind, helpful and genuinely friendly to my entire family while we made an important decision on a car for our 17 year old daughter. His demeanor didn’t change after the sale was final. Several times I reached out to Daniel for assistance and he was always eager and quick to help. After many dead end conversations with our original sales lady on a feature, Theft Patrol, purchased with the sale of the car, the program had quick working 2 months after we paid $500 for it. Ken Graff service department told me after driving ~256 miles to have it looked at they had no idea what it was , what to do about it and I needed to take it to a Subaru dealership as it was there issue. To much disappointment I did this after taking the car back to Idaho only to find it wasn’t a product Subaru used and that Ken Graff had indeed installed it and needed to take ownership of the issue we where having. I patiently waited 8 months for this to get resolved with my initial sales lady. I started to send a scathing letter to the dealership owner and management when I decided to reach out to Daniel for the best route for resolution. I might add my mother was pretty set on buying a new Honda from your dealership but after the way I was treated by the service department and sales lady she decided to keep her Toyota, we had intended to purchase this car from Daniel. As always one text to Daniel, and he promised to get resolution and apologized for the dealership and mishandling of us as customers. My appointment was Jan 29, 2022 and Danial made good on his promise to help me. He did more than that and ensured everything went well with the appointment and even helped me reset the software. This was time he could of been making a sell to another customer but he made time to help me. You seldom meet salesmen like Daniel as I mentioned his attributes earlier and he’s every bit of those every time you interface with him. I wish he sold Audi’s…. For my next upgrade to a new model. Daniel should be recognized as he’s definitely an an asset to your business and the reason why people keep coming back and sending friends, family and co-workers to your dealership. I hope you take the time to acknowledge Daniel for what he does to bring excellence to your establishment. Thank You More
