This dealership does great quality work, I take my car here for everything. The only bummer was how expensive my service was, the labor costs for replacing a compressor are pretty steep. The service advisor I had, Frank, was really nice and communicated with me through the whole process and helped me out where he could, I'll definitely specifically ask for him in the future if my car has any issues. I like the text messages to let me know what's going on with my car. I liked the video with what they recommended. I didn't feel pressured. I didn't like that we left a different number for the car and they kept calling and texting me instead of my husband whose number we left. When Jessie was off work, Dino was horrible. He wouldn't answer text messages, even after he had just text me. I left 3 text messages in 3 hours and never heard from him. This was unacceptable. I called the dealership and got hung up on. I wanted to speak to a manager or supervisor and no one was available. Jesse texted me, instead of my husband again, about how the service went and I told him how unhappy we were. He then called me. I told him that Dino wouldn't reply. He said he'd give us a free oil change and tire rotation on him. My husband went to schedule it and it wasn't on our account. This is horrible costumer service. I hated to keep being bugged about filling out this survey, so I gave Jesse 3 instead of 4 for that alone. If he wouldn't have bothered me so much and followed through on his promise it would have been a 5. Dino would be a 0, but I gave him a 1, so management knew how awful he was. The keys work good. It sucks that we had to leave the car with the dealership for a recall and they didn't even offer a loaner car like another dealership did close by. More
