First visit was scheduled to have a recall service and when I arrived the service rep was clueless about the recall and told me the part needed to be ordered! Why wasn’t it ordered when I first scheduled when I arrived the service rep was clueless about the recall and told me the part needed to be ordered! Why wasn’t it ordered when I first scheduled my appt 10 days prior? My time was wasted and I left very upset. Second visit was scheduled a week ahead and luckily I was able to talk to a more competent advisor who was professional and knowledgeable. My experience turned around this second time as when we arrived to drop the vehicle, the part was ready and they took the car in. The new hiccup was that the service should have been done by end of day, but they ran behind so they had to keep it overnight. another inconvenience and ride arrangement for me. The positive is that the service advisor at the desk was also professional and helpful. This made the pain of delayed pickup easier. All in all, the recall service was performed and we have the car back. My rating is based on the inconveniences experienced during this service. More
