Took my CR-V in for check engine light. Jacob took excellent care of my needs! Next day I got a very timely video evaluation of the issues early in the day and an estimate for repairs to authorize. When picking up the vehicle, Jacob had a customer already that got there just before me and Dino stepped right in and took excellent care of me to get me checked out and keys returned.
