While performing a maintenance check on my vehicle. I opened the hood of the car and found the engine cover sideways in the engine compartment. I found that three of the 4 rubber grommets that hold the cover to the top of the engine were missing. I will be calling Dallan today regarding the problem. This is the second time while having maintenance performed that I have experienced issues, "A Trend". The other problem was I had asked to have my tires rotated and balanced with the 4-wheel alignment that was being performed along with thousands of dollars of other maintenance's being performed. The advisor Jacob tried to tell me the wheels were bent, and they did the best they could. Well on my last service asked Dallan to check the balance again and make sure the hub-centric rings were still present. He indicated to me they were off a fair amount; the problem was magically fixed with no excuses of bent wheels. Regarding the hub-centric rings, they had lost them on two other occasions, enough to where I have purchased two sets to fix the problem and put them in the car every time, I bring my car in for service. Indicating to them there are extras if they are missing to use the ones in the back of the car. I am becoming very frustrated with the continued lack of attention to detail regarding my vehicles service. Thus, making me question the other major services provided. I bring my wife's vehicle in and follow all services according to Hondas service intervals. These are supposed to be problems you only deal with at a smaller less professional mechanic. The dealership should be the GOLD standard. I am really questioning this GOLD standard of service. Dallan works hard to make sure things are correct, if he cannot get the other service providers to follow suit you lose the trust of your people. I also do not appreciate the cover story when you do not get things correct. Admit your wrongs and fix them, do not make up stories, Jacob. More

We really did not have our vehicle service but had it in for a rattle. They tightened the hood and something else and hopefully the rattle is gone. I have been using this service center for over ten years. Something recently concerns me. They told me that I had a leak. The funny thing is that it was leaking for 1 day then stopped completely. This tells me that either the leak self sealed (which is very unlikely with the amount it leaked that day.) I think a more likely cause is that when filling it up oil was likely spilled. If unintentional then this isn't a big deal, besides helping techs be more communicative/ honest. If intentional could mean technicians are falsely cross selling diagnostics under false pretenses. Besides this experience I have mostly positive to say about this service center More
