Timing chain done mid-Feb $3,845 Vehicle has been having problems since then. New ignition coil in June - $300. New battery in July - $277. The Service Dept at Ken Gary Honda Riverdale is one of the best I've encountered. My needed parts arrived on time and were quickly installed. Dealership employees are outstanding in the service department. The actual dealership is rather tired, old and dated. Not what you normally experience at Honda dealerships in other locations ie, Phoeni department. The actual dealership is rather tired, old and dated. Not what you normally experience at Honda dealerships in other locations ie, Phoenix, San Diego, Bay Area, Albuquerque for example. The service does their best with this antiquated out dated tiny for no reason, except for clutter and disorganization. Ingress and egress as well as welcoming to the service department is non existent compared to other dealerships. It’s just too tiny of an entrance and shows poorly for Honda in this day and age. Management obviously doesn’t care or they would have done something by now. Truth hurts but take this to heart and improve. Except for the outstanding service team I wouldn’t buy a new Honda here to replace my 2016 Accord. The 1980’s called and the want their old school dingy car dealership ship back. More
Accepted my diagnosis rather than giving reasons that I didn't know what I was talking about. Verified my diagnosis was correct, and replaced my battery.
