During my visit Frank listened to my concern to make sure he understood what the issue was. He set a very clear expectation for when the diagnosis would be done and how much the diagnosis alone would cost. H he understood what the issue was. He set a very clear expectation for when the diagnosis would be done and how much the diagnosis alone would cost. He remained very friendly and professional. Ryan, the tech that took care of my vehicle, addressed my concerns and was even willing to go on a test drive to address an issue. I'm more than satisfied with the exceptional service here, very happy to return. The multipoint inspection was explained to me in detail and I did not feel pressured to do anything. I worked in a dealership in parts and service for six years and understand how they work, but I'm beyond impressed! More
