Their slogan says we hear you, we’re unlike the rest. In reality they are worse then the rest. All they care about is their reputation. They try to act as though they care, but don’t. I wish my experience was better I truly do. I love my Odyssey, but if I ever have a recall or other issue, I DREAD going in to service it. What’s worse, it’s still under warranty, so I really shouldn’t have a reason to dread it. More

Jacob was great from the welcome and check in. His communication throughout the day was terrific. I was treated with a great deal of respect even thought my car is 18 years old. The service was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I think I have many more mile left in the old girl.
