Lack of communication. .. I prepaid for a part that was out of stock in May. Therefore, we would have priority with the item. Colin told me that the item had finally shipped .. I hadn't heard anything, and finally called back in July. They told me the item was out of stock. I tried having them transfer me to discuss the matter with Colin since he was able to pull up the shipment when I was physically there. No one has called me about the matter and it's been well over a week, possibly two weeks. I understand when parts are out of stock. But I fear they used it on someone else's vehicle, which defeated the whole purpose of me prepaying for it. More

I had a battery replaced and when I got home noticed there was a screw missing and a clip was missing as well. When we called to report the problem we were given an appt the same day. Josh came out to m there was a screw missing and a clip was missing as well. When we called to report the problem we were given an appt the same day. Josh came out to my vehicle which was parked in the waiting line. He noted the missing screw and removed the large piece of plastic so he could take the part right into the parts department and have them identify the missing clip and replace it. Then Josh had me follow him back out to my car. He replace the screw and popped the large plastic part back into place including the replaced clip. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 10 minutes! Thank you Josh for making an easy job even easier! It was refreshing to see someone solve a problem start to finish in an efficient and timely manner! Thanks Josh! More
