When I walked in a service professional greeted me right away and checked me in, we went over what I was there for and he took my keys and got my car in pretty quick. I only waited about 1 hour 15 minutes o away and checked me in, we went over what I was there for and he took my keys and got my car in pretty quick. I only waited about 1 hour 15 minutes on a Saturday which is pretty fast in my book. Keep up the good work Honda on riverdale. More

Service rep Collin was very friendly. He was really good at telling me the process that my car would go thru and then letting me know what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost He was really good at telling me the process that my car would go thru and then letting me know what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost to fix it. Ken Garff is an excellent dealership I really enjoyed the non pressure and they even followed up when I couldn't get a loan and got me the loan and followed up with me it was great.
