I was quoted $2500 for a diagnostic, then there was some weird text that almost coaxed me into agreeing to pay that because it separated everything out into 5 separate charges of $500. Terrible customer service when I asked why it was so much. They flat out refused to take a look at the vehicle until I paid them $2500. Had to get it towed to another place who was able to diagnose and fix my jeep for $600 Absolutely zero competence from the tech and his manager. 0 stars. More
