Erik Posada was a great salesman, not too pushy not too easy. He was kind and made us feel comfortable with the purchase. The bench outside by the service entrance driveway was occupied by other salespeople making us customers have to stand and wait, very inconsiderate and unprofessional treatment of the customer. There was a salesman vaping as well inside. Vaping should not be allowed anywhere near customers. You wouldn’t allow your salespeople to smoke cigarettes?!? Also there was another salesman watching soccer on his phone. I witnessed these things from others and not Erik who was consistently professional. More
