I traveled out of state to look at a used truck at Kent co. Motors. Spoke with salesmen Dan Kobus on the phone before I made the trip who was very courteous and helpful. He provided me with his cell number and kept in contact via text message which was very convenient for me. Arrived at the dealership, vehicle was everything he said it was took it for a test drive, untimely a nice vehicle. unfortunately we couldn’t come together on a price, I fell the vehicle was roughly $3,500 higher than market value. Dan tried everything he could to make the deal happen but ultimately pricing comes from the general sales manager whom wasn’t willing to deal. As far as my experience dealing with Dan was very pleasant And would most definitely give him another shot should they have a vehicle that interest me, no high pressure sales tactics just a good guy. Also the finance manager was very courteous and easy going enjoyed talking with him while we were there. More
