Yosef always does a great job with the greeting and the service writers perform their tasks well. Unfortunately the back side details are not to the same standard as they once were. More

Respectful and Professional After having the worst trying-to-buy experience of my life at another Kia dealer in the Atlanta area, I decided to take a chance on these folks in Col After having the worst trying-to-buy experience of my life at another Kia dealer in the Atlanta area, I decided to take a chance on these folks in Columbus because they had been professional and not over-bearing on the preliminary e-mails, texts, and phone calls. (Also, people just tend to be more human when you get out of Atlanta.) I drove the 80 miles from my house to Columbus prepared for the worst, but got exactly what had been offered plus a little more. There was even a very well-behaved dog there to pet that belonged to the general manager-- a customer therapy dog, ha! I think that I will even enjoy the pretty ride through rural Georgia to get my new Telluride serviced, and that's saying a lot. More
