Best customer service ever, I knew what I wanted Nasir made it happen with no hassle at all. I went to most dealerships in Columbus Kia was the best, Nissan was the absolute worst. I purchased my car in 2021. The first time I took it in for servicing, I was serviced that I did not have the maintenance plan. Mind you, I felt that the service representative The first time I took it in for servicing, I was serviced that I did not have the maintenance plan. Mind you, I felt that the service representative should have made sure this was offered and that I had coverage. The tires for life wasn’t explained as it should have been. I felt like I was hurried int getting the vehicle and me trusting the rep, I thought I was covered. I called advising they gave me a free oil change and told me that I would have to pay an additional 1500 for the maintenance plan. However, had it been added originally, this would not be an out of pocket cost. I took lie car back since o heard scrubbing in the breaks. They assured me the brakes were good. I’ve been getting my oil changed and tire rotation faithfully from another vendor as I get an employee discount coupled with this is my mechanic. They are now telling me that forfeits my tires for life. I can prove that this has been an on time maintenance since day 1. I’m very disappointed in Kia and their actions to not puttting the customer first. More

They take ownership of what they do. I was told to come back in the morning however when I arrived I was told I couldn’t be seen. I spoke with the manager Melanie in Brenda’s absence and I was told to come back in the morning however when I arrived I was told I couldn’t be seen.
