My car is practically new. I took my car in for a simple tire rotation and oil change. I live 40miles away. My car broke down on the side of the road. It was smoking terribly. I Called Kia the tow took 3hrs. Kia said the technician did not put the oil plug back in properly? Kia said they fix the problem and clean all the left over oil residue. I had to bring the car back because oil was still leaking under the car. Kia said it was leftover residue? Kia almost blew up my motor. I don't know there still may be damage? Kia ruined my whole entire day( 8am-5pm), because of their drastic error. Please check under your car after an oil change with Kia. Unfortunately, Kia has lost me as an ongoing customer. More
I've been admiring the Kia Telluride for a couple of years and finally decided to take the plunge after the engine blew in my current SUV. The finance office (Clarence) was pretty rude. He was VERY pushy on the warranties, questioned my judgement, and also forgot some steps until I reminded my salesmen before I left. It was not a terrible experience but definitely not perfect by any means. More
