My buying experience at KIA AutoSport of Columbus was by far the best of the dealerships I have ever dealt with. The most important reason for that was the fact that the pricing presented on their website w far the best of the dealerships I have ever dealt with. The most important reason for that was the fact that the pricing presented on their website was the same as the pricing when I told them I wanted to purchase the vehicle…no random fees or last minute mark-ups. The sales associate, Kevin, was extremely knowledgeable about every detail and feature of the 2022 Niro EV i purchased. He was very helpful from the moment I walked in the showroom and kept me updated while I had to wait for the finance process to begin. Robert in finance was great and made the whole “initial here and sign here” process smooth and painless. It was worth the 100 mile drive. More
