If I could leave more stars I would. The whole staff was great! As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Phillip. I explained to him when I totaled my vehicle a few months back I did not have t great! As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Phillip. I explained to him when I totaled my vehicle a few months back I did not have time to shop around so I bought the first vehicle I "liked" from another dealer. It was a great car, but I just wasn't completely happy with it so I have been thinking about trading it in. However, I do not have the best credit and I knew that I would have some negative equity. I told him what I was looking for and he quickly pulled the car around front and showed me every detail of the vehicle. I have never bought a brand new vehicle before so I had a lot of questions. Phillip was kind and patient and answered every one of them. I honestly did not expect to be able to drive away in a new vehicle yesterday but they made it happen! The whole process was a breeze. The staff was very professional from sales to finance. I would definitely recommend KIA AutoSport. Thank you Phillip for all of your help! More
