I made appointment two weeks prior to address two recalls. I was at the dealership three hours. When finished I was told they could only do one of the recalls. They said they needed to order parts fo recalls. I was at the dealership three hours. When finished I was told they could only do one of the recalls. They said they needed to order parts for the second recall. My question is why don't you have parts available for a recall? Parts required for a recall are known in advance. The parts should have been available and dedicated to my vehicle at the time I schedule the appointment. Now I must wait for a call that the parts are in and schedule another appointment. I was told this would require another three hours at dealership. This should not have happened. Very disappointing. More
