I would not return as a customer. I felt I knew more about the vehicle than Austen during the test drive. I understand you are a volume dealership but at least know the basics of your I felt I knew more about the vehicle than Austen during the test drive. Some of the feature (sensors) do not work, there was a chip in the windshield that they expect me to claim on my insurance,.and the vehicle had an oil leak. I found all of this out on my own instead of being made aware. It was not a truthful customer to dealership relationship so far so I will take all my business elsewhere in the future. More

I was pleased by the immediate attention given to me when I arrived. Shortly thereafter, Ray, my service manager came to greet me. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He checked on me periodically in the I arrived. Shortly thereafter, Ray, my service manager came to greet me. He was extremely friendly and helpful.
