The sales person was good. He tried to get things done despite of the theatrics. The sales manager was a joke. At first we were promised 5k above the Kelly bluebook value on our trade of we but flagship Kia. We got sn offer 10k under the Kelly bluebook value for our car and he wanted 5k over MSRP for the car we were going to purchase. Then two days later he reached to us via sales person to let us know that we can buy the Kia for MSRP and we could get 7K under the Kelly blue book for our car. Total joke. In 2 days between our trade and your price he went down 8K as if he was doing us a favor still short 13K of what was promised to us before. Totally immature individual that should consider working for a living where 8-13K make a difference. I would be dishonest if I said it wasn't a waste of time More
