Klaben CJDR is the best place to get a vehicle. This is the 4th new vehicle for me and 2nd for my husband. Our salesman is wonderful. I’ve been buying and leasing cars with his expert help since 1989. He always goes above & beyond to help get you in the vehicle you want. He always walks you through the buying/leasing process and explains all the things the vehicle has, and always calls a few days later to see how you like your vehicle! Such a professional! Will always go back there when in need of a new vehicle! Brian in the finance department is also great, explains everything before you sign! Great place with caring staff!! More

I have been loyal to Klaben for years due to the fantastic service department and my sales rep! This past visit I had Amanda as my service person, she was so nice and explained everything that the m fantastic service department and my sales rep! This past visit I had Amanda as my service person, she was so nice and explained everything that the mechanic would be doing. Every time I have taken my car in they greet me as "MRS ..... just like the old days when customer service people were pleasant and attentive. Please if you are up in the air about dealerships go to KLABEN they will NOT steer you wrong-ever! Thank you Amanda because of you I will keep coming back for repairs and maintenance. More

VERY UNHAPPY WITH KLABEN. I PURCHASE A NEW GRAND CHEROKEE 4XE AND HAD PROBLEMS WITH CAR FROM DAY ONE AND WANTED TO RETURN THE CAR. THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME I PURCHASE A NEW GRAND CHEROKEE 4XE AND HAD PROBLEMS WITH CAR FROM DAY ONE AND WANTED TO RETURN THE CAR. THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME AND NOT LEAVE ME HANGING. THEY DID NOT!!!. I WAS TOLD TO SELL THE CAR TO OTHER CAR DEALER AND THAT KLABEN COULD NOT EVEN LET ME TRADE IT FOR AN OTHER GAS JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THEY DEFINITELY LOST MY BUSINESS. EVERYONE I DELT WITH FROM SALES DEPARTMENT TO SERVICE DEPARTMENT SEEMED NICE BUT COULD NOT TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEMS. I AM VERY UPSET THAT I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER JEEP DEALER TO UNLOAD THE 4XE AND LOSE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. More
