Brought my latest truck in for its first service, Kara helped me out this time. She did a fantastic job helping me, even though there seemed to be a miss in rescheduling for my first appointment. As my original date was too early in my mileage, I had rescheduled with another advisor for a later date, and it appeared that it had not gotten put in the computer. Although it didn't appear that I was actually scheduled for the day I arrived Kara was very helpful in getting me into service that day. Also, the new email sent by the technician going over the work completed, and the inspections completed was appreciated. I have worked with Klaben and Klaben service for many years, it has always been top notch and pleasant to work with the people at Klaben, even if there a miss step they have always made it right.
