He was there to provide me options and understand exactly what I wanted. He then went to bat for me with the management team to get me into the right car at the right price. The finance portion of my transaction was easy. Brian did a nice job explaining the numbers and the paperwork. He was very personable. Overall, what a fantastic dealership. I had to call after 6 1/2 hours to get a oil change and tire rotation, Service was completed after 7 1/2 hours.
