I messaged Nick Kulich with questions about getting into a new vehicle since I had someone at another dealership waste my time and not listen to the needs and wants I had. He was extremely helpful and knowl a new vehicle since I had someone at another dealership waste my time and not listen to the needs and wants I had. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking at. I never felt pressured, I felt completely comfortable working with him, and I never felt like he was lying to me or just trying to get a sale out of me. He made the entire process quick and easy and worked with me to get me into something that works for my budget. My entire experience with Klaben was amazing. I will be recommending him to anyone who needs a new vehicle and will happily be a repeat customer of his! More

Nick was great. He took me to get some lunch and he removed my tonneau cover for me and put it on my new truck. He made the process effortless. Kim worked above and beyond for me, attempting to locate a discontinued part all over the country. Then she asked Michael the Mechanic to show me what they were able and not able to do. He was super helpful a discontinued part all over the country. Then she asked Michael the Mechanic to show me what they were able and not able to do. He was super helpful too. My experience was great esp compared to the other dealer repair shop in my area where work is never quite right. More
Routine Service That Went Wrong The mileage on my 2008 PT Cruiser had reached the point where Chrysler recommends that the timing belt be replaced. While I have replaced many timing The mileage on my 2008 PT Cruiser had reached the point where Chrysler recommends that the timing belt be replaced. While I have replaced many timing belts myself on other Chrysler products I had never attempted a PT Cruiser. I thought that a Chrysler Dealer Mechanic would be able to complete the job in a much shorter amount of time than if I had attempted the job myself. I have been doing business with the Klaben Chrysler Parts Department for the past several years and have had a good experience in dealing with them so I decided to give the Service Department a chance to earn some of my money. I spoke with Justin Stinnett and he gave me a quote on the job. The quote was for the recommended replacement package (timing belt, water pump, tensioner, and tensioner pulley) and recharging the A/C system because they would have to disconnect it to remove the timing belt. Justin claimed that it was a nine (9) hour job and that it required pulling the engine (I found out later that the job doesn’t normally take 9 hours and you don’t have to pull the engine). I booked the job and dropped my car off the afternoon before the appointment. This would allow them to start on the job first thing in the morning. Late in the afternoon on 2020-06-26 I receive a phone call from Justin. Justin attempted to Upsell the repair job to more than 2.5 times the original quote. Justin tried to sell me front brakes, front rotors, outer tie rods, and lower torque strut. The lower torque didn’t have any damage as Justin had claimed and the rest of the parts Justin wanted to sell me had already been replaced. Those repairs were not needed as Justin was claiming. I had dropped my car off on a Thursday afternoon. The repairs weren’t completed until the following Wednesday evening. I picked up the car next morning (2020-07-02). It took them a week. To their credit Todd was kind enough to put me into a loaner vehicle during the extended time of the repair. On the drive home after I picked up my car the temperature gauge started to climb and the heater would not blow hot air. I discovered the mechanic didn’t bleed the air out of the cooling system before signing off on the job as complete. The mechanic also purged the Freon out of my A/C system, left the cap off the high pressure line, and didn’t refill the system. A few weeks later I discovered that the mechanic had not completely tightened the bolt that connects the lower torque strut to the bracket on the engine and the center engine mount bolt that passes through the sub-frame on the passenger side IS MISSING. When I received the bill it was almost seven-hundred dollars ($700.00) more than the original quote. When I questioned Justin about the breakdown of the charges on my bill he gave me an excuse that sounded like he just pulled it out of his derriere. His excuse didn’t make any sense. I had reached a point where I just wanted to get my car back and away from Justin. The only name on my invoice (20137) for the repair is Justin Stinnett, Service Advisor # 5088. In the field on the invoice where it identifies the Technician that performed the repair it only says “C01”. As a result I am not able to actually name the mechanic that performed the work. When things go wrong with a repair, as they have with this one, whether or not someone is willing to go back and continue to do business with the dealership usually depends on what the dealership is willing to do to make things right with the customer.
