Customer for life So I moved from the area last year, and was now ready to purchase a new vehicle. I have dealt with Klaben since 2003, but there was now a considerable So I moved from the area last year, and was now ready to purchase a new vehicle. I have dealt with Klaben since 2003, but there was now a considerable distance between us from moving. I decided that I would go to my local Chrysler dealership. I had begun proceedings on a new Jeep Compass after getting their best deal, I decided to give Justin a call to see what he could do, and not to my surprise literally in a half hour of texting with Justin, he and his manager pulled together a deal that smashed what the other dealership could offer! Did I mention it took only 30 minutes?? After I called the other dealership and let them know I was not interested, they told me they would do whatever it took to get my business, this was at 3:30, so just out of curiosity I said, “ok let’s see what you can do.” So finally at 8:30 that same evening I got a text saying they could get close to what Justin and the Klaben team had for me. No matter where I live in Ohio, my business will be with Klaben, they are well worth the travels!
