Service above all others Recently took my truck in for an alignment and tire rotation after I installed some new suspension parts. I had the service center also handle any outstanding recalls while it was there. My truck was completely finished and ready for pickup within three hours. Justin took care of everything for this job and throughly explained everything that was done and why it was done. Extremely helpful and friendly. I also noticed that I was charged for an oil change that was done but I hadn't requested one. He immediately took the charge off no questions asked or hassle. He answered all the questions I had about upcoming service milestones and even recommended things I didn't know. Couldn't be happier with my experience and look forward to using Klaben service center for all the future repairs I need. More
