Convenient, professional and painless. I took my 15 Ram 2500 in to Justin in service for what I thought would be a quick fix. I assumed a pulley was bad. Unexpected Compass dream I have been looking at the new Jeep Compass for a few weeks, I have been shopping around and comparing prices, definitely did my homework. I had poppe I have been looking at the new Jeep Compass for a few weeks, I have been shopping around and comparing prices, definitely did my homework. I had popped in on Carl at Klaben to do a test drive on a new Jeep Compass Altitude. I fell in love with this little number but when I went home I realized that I wasn't ready and the price was what I was hung up on. Speed forward a few weeks, the research continued, I had changed my mind and started to look at a Jeep Cherokee's thinking the new Compass was out of my price point. I decided to reach out to Carl to see if he could help me, I was very clear with what I can do and I was very sure there wasn't anything out there for me. Carl was a miracle worker! He quickly texted back to take on the challenge. He had a plan and wanted to show me a few options the next day. Not only did Carl find me a new Compass but one with features I never could have dreamed of with my budget, low miles, push to start, touch screen, car starter, heated seats and steering wheel.
