Purchased Ram Tradesman 2500 truck I was very impressed with the total process of buying a truck from Klaben Dodge Ram in Kent. I found a truck on their website, called sales department and talked with Don Jacobs. We did the entire deal over the phone. Don was excellent in answering all my questions. Returned phone calls and delivered the truck as promised. Could not be happier. I also think its important to mention that during the final stages of the sale Brian Franklin was very efficient. I think the total process took less than a half hour to sign and take the truck. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and It is very hard to buy a vehicle with great price and great service, Klaben really hit on both. More

Two days later I was late bringing the second half of my down payment but they kept the doors open anyway so I could pay! I was such a nervous wreck that I was keeping Mr. Franklin after hours but they all assured me it was okay. (I was only 15 minutes late, but still, they kept the doors open.) I would HIGHLY recommend buying your next vehicle at Klaben. Their selection and customer service is amazing.
