I found a truck on their website, called sales department and talked with Don Jacobs. We did the entire deal over the phone. Don was excellent in answering all my questions. Returned phone calls and delivered the truck as promised. Could not be happier. I also think its important to mention that during the final stages of the sale Brian Franklin was very efficient. I think the total process took less than a half hour to sign and take the truck. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and It is very hard to buy a vehicle with great price and great service, Klaben really hit on both. More

After that I told Mr. Coco how much I wanted to put down and he got a deal written up and my credit screened right away. Seriously, the process was super fast. Two days later I was late bringing the second half of my down payment but they kept the doors open anyway so I could pay! I was such a nervous wreck that I was keeping Mr. Franklin after hours but they all assured me it was okay. (I was only 15 minutes late, but still, they kept the doors open.) I would HIGHLY recommend buying your next vehicle at Klaben. Their selection and customer service is amazing. It WAS worth the drive! This was my first time at Klaben, but I can tell it will not be my last! From the first initial contact by John (on a Sunday when they are closed!), This was my first time at Klaben, but I can tell it will not be my last! From the first initial contact by John (on a Sunday when they are closed!), to the end when I was driving away in my new car, my entire experience was great! John was motivated to find me what I was looking for, at a price I was comfortable with, without being pushy. He genuinely cared if I was happy with the vehicle I was in before making a decision. I have 2 Jeep dealerships within 15 minutes of my house and I decided to pass both of them to get to Klaben. The customer service I received from John Coco before I even got there far exceeded what I received from the other guys. I would definitely recommend John and the whole Klaben team to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new car. It may be "Closer than you think", but if not, it is definitely worth the drive there!
