From the first initial contact by John (on a Sunday when they are closed!), This was my first time at Klaben, but I can tell it will not be my last! From the first initial contact by John (on a Sunday when they are closed!), to the end when I was driving away in my new car, my entire experience was great! John was motivated to find me what I was looking for, at a price I was comfortable with, without being pushy. He genuinely cared if I was happy with the vehicle I was in before making a decision. I have 2 Jeep dealerships within 15 minutes of my house and I decided to pass both of them to get to Klaben. The customer service I received from John Coco before I even got there far exceeded what I received from the other guys.
