Because I knew I would be waiting anywhere from 1.5hrs or longer to just get an oil change on a Saturday morning. So i would be up by 6 am on my day off, and not get home til 9ish. Haveing worked in the automive sales industry several years ago I was shocked at how few dealerships had actual sales professionals working the showrooms that I visited. Most knew very little about the cars I inquired about and very few could even talk priceI walked out on several “salesmen”, that we’re just plain rude and unprofessional. Fortunately I stumbled across the 2017 Jeep Patriot on the Klaben website. I requested more information and literally within 3 minutes John Coco lll contacted me. He was very professional on the phone, knew the jeep inside and out and was able to accommodate my crazy schedule by having the jeep prepped and ready to go for me when I arrived to look at it. John was delivering another car when I arrived and Tim stepped in to help right away. By the end of the evening we had a fair deal worked out for my trade and the jeep. I had to leave town for the weekend and when I came back Monday, everything was ready to go. Kim had the finance paperwork ready to sign. We had a few papers that my wife needed to sign and she wasn’t able to come in with me because of her work. John drove the paperwork to her in Wadsworth so we didn’t have to make 2 trips! We couldn’t be happier with the entire sales and delivery process. The Klaben Team goes above and beyond; delivering a quality product ( the Klaben Certified is the way to go!) painlessly! More

Caleb did not pressure us into purchasing a new vehicle like most salesmen, instead he had a listening ear and valued our needs. Because of his compassionate salesmanship I just returned to Klaben in Kent and purchased a new 2019 Jeep off of Caleb. Customer service personified I was upside down in a Ford Explorer with 150k miles on it that was starting to show its age so I decided to make an appointment with Jeff Beane to se I was upside down in a Ford Explorer with 150k miles on it that was starting to show its age so I decided to make an appointment with Jeff Beane to see what we could do. I didn’t expect to leave the dealership driving anything other than my Ford, but somehow drove off the lot with a brand new 2018 Dodge Caravan with 9 miles on it!! Best part is, my payments were identical to what I was paying on my Explorer! I’m not blown away often, but what Mr. Beane and Mr. Klaben were able to do was nothing short of amazing. In talking to Jeff for awhile I learned that to Mr. Klaben it’s more about helping people than it is about making a quick buck. For that I am thankful. The entire process was very smooth and Mr. Beane was especially great with my daughter being there. He gave her coloring books & crayons and allowed her to go through his secret stash of peanut butter crackers. Klaben has just earned a customer for life! More
