Jeep Delivery I had a price requirement which me and my wife didn’t think was possible. We were at the point of walking away until Justin and Jeff flat out asked us I had a price requirement which me and my wife didn’t think was possible. We were at the point of walking away until Justin and Jeff flat out asked us what it would take. We thought it’d be the same waste of time we had with other dealership. Sitting, waiting, just to be told no. Not only did Jeff sit on the phone with the bank working out a figure to make us happy, but Justin figured out a way to get the color and packages we wanted which weren’t available in inventory. Two days later, after sending drivers to obtain the Jeep to meet our expectations, Justin drove the Jeep to our place of employment. Took our trade in. Signed the paperwork in the parking lot and went on our way. Excellent service. I’ll never buy Ford, Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler from anywhere besides Klaben. Thank you Justin and Jeff. More
