We had just started the process of comparing two different vehicles that we were interested in. The first was an SUV from a different manufacturer and our "dream car" a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Reviewing our finances we knew we could purchase a new SUV, but the Jeep would not work within our budget. Ken presented us with a few options to buy a lesser model or to lease the one that we really wanted. Totally unprepared to leave the dealership actually making a purchase, Ken was able to secure the pricing within our range and we signed for our new Jeep that afternoon! We couldn't be happier with our new ride! Our family cannot wait until the warmer weather and use the Jeep for camping and kayaking. The experience at Klaben was good. We knew their reputation and we wouldn't have gone any where else. All in all we felt that we got a good deal within our means. The process was a little lengthy with all the back and forth, but we felt it was typical of any dealership. The only recommendation we would have was for the showroom to better accommodate customers while they are waiting. A lounge area with refreshments would have been appreciated. More

After 6 weeks of visiting dealer lots, talking w/Jeep owners, doing research online & many test drives, I purchased my Jeep from Klaben in Kent, OH. I'd been emailing Don but as he was off work the day I could stop by, he asked that I talk to Jeff, the manager. Jeff introduced me to Nick, who'd been apprised by Don of my specific wants in a Wrangler. That was impressive. For three rainy hours Nick & I discussed why we love Jeeps ... & after Kim configured the paperwork - professionally & efficiently - well, I've been driving my Wrangler all wknd & love love love everything about it.
