1st CLASS ORGANIZATION...... Just bought my new Jeep Renegade at Klaben Kent. Don Jacobs was excellent, staight-to-the-point, no hidden agenda and genuinely sincere in his overal Just bought my new Jeep Renegade at Klaben Kent. Don Jacobs was excellent, staight-to-the-point, no hidden agenda and genuinely sincere in his overall approach and delivery. Don gave me great credit counseling strategies for the future and wasnt satisfied until all my questions were answered. His son Caleb was also great and very informative and respectful. Also wanted to mention, John Coco who I first encountered on the property upon my arrival. John was friendly and attentive to my needs. Lastly, Brian (I believe) in Finance was great as well. Quick, efficient and also respectful of my time constarints. Overall, for the first time in a very long time in the usual car buying nightmare, my experience with Klaben was EXCELLENT.
