I have dealt with some sales associates in the past at other dealerships that come across pushy and try to lock into a vehicle that might be more right for them to sell than for you to buy. This was certainly not the case for my scenario. Caleb spent a better half of a few hours with me on one of the nights going over specs, makes and models. I still was uncertain and he was extremely patient with me and I never felt rushed or pushed towards something I didn't want. Caleb even contacted me to answer my questions after his work shift which he could have easily waited to do on another day. This showed me his dedication and professionalism.
