didnt fix the problem I came in for 2 different types of issues, factory recalls and issues I am having with the truck. they were able to " fix " the factory recalls becaus I came in for 2 different types of issues, factory recalls and issues I am having with the truck. they were able to " fix " the factory recalls because they were told exactly what to do but did nothing for the issue I am having when they had to troubleshoot and actually figure something out for themselves. they said they couldnt duplicate the problem so they just returned the truck to me but never came to me and asked if I could duplicate it so they could see it. Further, some things do need to be seen to be able to fix but some dont. I feel that whether the see it or not this issue needs to be corrected. The xxxxx transmission is slipping! More

Great service I've been bringing my Jeep Liberty here for service since I got it in late 2010. I mainly have been dealing with Joe Hilliard, and he is always really I've been bringing my Jeep Liberty here for service since I got it in late 2010. I mainly have been dealing with Joe Hilliard, and he is always really friendly and efficient. I like that I'm kept in the loop if it's something more than an oil change. I recently had a lot of work done that was covered under my extended warranty (best investment I made) and I was always updated. The coffee in the waiting area is terrible (please get a Keurig or a good coffee machine), and seating is not comfortable for a longer service, but the people are friendly, WiFi is free and if you need a ride somewhere, you can get one always. More
