Repair of door locks The car was in again to repair a problem caused by one of your mechanics dealing with the Ford safety recall.. The auto door lock did not work after The car was in again to repair a problem caused by one of your mechanics dealing with the Ford safety recall.. The auto door lock did not work after the safety recall so I took it back a few days later. After checking, they found a "bent pin.." The part needed to be ordered so I will once again have to drive to Klaben. There is a handicap tag hanging in my car, yet I had to walk a long way with my cane to pick it up. It was parked too far away. So, then I get in the car AFTER I removed the plastic seat wrap and the floor papers left in it! A fruitless trip wouldn't you say. All this because one of your mechanics did not do his job right. By the way, the car was there for 7 hours the first time for this recall. More

Quick and easy! My husband found this vehicle on cars.com. I made an inquiry online and within minutes heard from Doug Carter. I wasn't sure if I could get a car yet because I was in a lease but Klaben made it work! We live 2 hours away and when we got there (really to take a look at the car) it was ready to go! Great deal and very quick and extremely knowledgeable salesman. Doug was GREAT to work with. The paperwork process was seamless as well. Stephanie was very thorough and extremely professional. Great experience and worth the drive. More
Service Experience Disapointing My wife and I purchased two certified pre owned cars 04-Aug-2017. We worked with Chris Volk and we did have a good experience with the sales side. We My wife and I purchased two certified pre owned cars 04-Aug-2017. We worked with Chris Volk and we did have a good experience with the sales side. We were concerned with purchasing used vehicles For the last 40 years we have purchased new Fords. But after the CPO protocol was explained to us and the 172 point inspection we proceed to purchase the vehicles. Within the first month we noticed that the 2014 Edge had a noise with the power steering. We scheduled a service appointment and Kyle Scott was our SA. The Edge need a power steering pump replaced. I needed to call to receive information on the repair of this car as our SA did not lets us know the car was repaired and ready for pick up. The Edge is still making the same noise. I also had to have the F150 in for service for the rear view mirror being loose. I did review the CPO 172 point inspection report and notice that some glass was replaced. I discussed this with Kyle Scott and he informed me that the front windshield had been replaced. The rearview mirror was not connected correctly after windshield replacement and during this service repair they had to order a replacement as they could not repair. I had to call several times to receive information on this truck as Kyle never called me back, even when he said he would. I also notice on the CPO 172 point inspection that some of the checks (Passed) that were not options that I had on this vehicle. I am a son of a retired Ford worker and I believe in the Ford products but I am very concerned with the level of attention and communication I received from the Klaben service department. More
Issue not resolved. After the 5th request, I have decided to write a review. My MKZ was in the service center for an oil change, tire rotation and to fix a 911 message t After the 5th request, I have decided to write a review. My MKZ was in the service center for an oil change, tire rotation and to fix a 911 message that appears upon startup. When my car was returned, I noticed large clumps of grease on the drivers' side door, center consul and radio. The next day, I was unable to start or jump my 1 year old car due to a dead battery. This was replaced after a visit from AAA. The 911 message could not be fixed at that time. I was told the part was available 9/18. It is 10/2 and I am still waiting for a call to resolve the issue. I have had good experiences with this service team in the past, and expect to have them in the future. More
