AWSOME SERVICE!!! After my wife had seen a Chevy Traverse at a local buy here pay here lot she had insisted we take a look. After sitting with the salesman and getting pre-approved we were looking at $6k down, and about $500 a month on this car marked at $18k. A bit pricey crossed my mind for a pre owned vehicle of this make and model so we ended up making an excuse to politely pass. After leaving I contacted a family member which directed me to Brandon of Klaben Ford in Kent via Facebook Messenger. While in a group message I had explained my wife was just looking at this pearl white Chevy Traverse that she was adamant about purchasing. Moments later of sending this text, Brandon surprised us that he had and identical Chevy Traverse in color but it also had a better package. He was wonderful and sent us photos and videos of the vehicle in a timely fashion. Once my wife had seen the images Brandon had sent, we then set up a time to arrange a test drive which then led to the paperwork and purchase of our new vehicle. This is the best part of it all, not only did he find us the identical car my wife was looking for, he sold a car that wasn't even on his lot. I guess the Klaben Dealership of Kent has like three dealers. Brandon is Klaben Ford Dealership and the Chevy Traverse was across the street at the Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dealership. So for him to know the inventory of another branch of Klaben is outstanding, but this car wasn't even on the list yet. It was a trade in that just came in, finished with inspection and then serviced. So all in all this salesman went above and beyond. Carl Eskar of Klaben Chrysler you did a great job as well. I know we did all the paperwork and sale with you due to the car being on your branches lot but hopefully Brandon got some commission out of it, however it works. I'm just glad Brandon came over across the street at the end so I could thank him personally. OoOohhh by the Wayyy!!! We saved $5k going with Klaben opposed to the Buy Here Pay Here. Also we put $2k less on a down payment. And with our lower payments we save $50 bucks a month. Way to go guys, thank you both very much. More
