Business Traveler with Brake Trouble I have a 2009 Lincoln MKZ. I am from Indiana and I was doing business in the Kent, OH area. I started having brake noise and I went to Klaben to have I have a 2009 Lincoln MKZ. I am from Indiana and I was doing business in the Kent, OH area. I started having brake noise and I went to Klaben to have it investigated. I had recently had brake work done at my home dealership in Indiana. I asked Service Advisor Anthony Wilson to please rush my work as I had business appointments to get to. I also asked them to please document the problems they find as best they can so that I would have something to present to my home dealership to possibly get a refund for my costs at Klaben for the repairs that had to be done to fix the shoddy work done at my home. They did both in a very professional manner explaining the causes of the problems and even showing (and boxing some to take with me) the reasons why my brakes weren't working properly. They fixed the problem and got me off on my way with the needed paperwork. Friendly, accommodating and professional with good coffee, fruit and donuts in the waiting area. Anthony communicated very well through the whole process and is an excellent gentleman. More

The speedometer on our '07 Lincoln MKX was not registering correctly after having car trouble in Florida necessitating replacement of the car's comput The speedometer on our '07 Lincoln MKX was not registering correctly after having car trouble in Florida necessitating replacement of the car's computer. We were directed to a local garage, contacted Lincoln, and visited 2 other dealerships and were told there was nothing that could be done. We decided to go to Klaben in Kent and talked to Anthony in the service department. He said there could be a couple reasons and they would check it and hopefully find the problem. Within a short time they found the problem and corrected it. Wonderful! After the other dealerships didn't even want to check the car, we are very grateful that we talked to Anthony. He was very professional and explained everything to our satisfaction. A car dealership is only as good as it's employees and your dealership is excellent. Rocco is the best! Roscoe made signing a new lease extremely easy and convienent. He was made sure to explain all the features to me and helped me set up my phone to be Roscoe made signing a new lease extremely easy and convienent. A few weeks after I signed my lease, I was walking out of work and realized I locked my keys in my car. There is a key pad on the side of my car, but I forgot what the code was.
