2 hour oil change! Once again, I had an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation on my 2015 Expedition that took over 2 hours! My appointment was for 11am. I dropped Once again, I had an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation on my 2015 Expedition that took over 2 hours! My appointment was for 11am. I dropped the vehicle off at 10:50am. At 1:00pm, after hearing nothing, I called the service department. I was told the service was almost finished and the paperwork was being waited on. This is the second time in a row this has happened. I am very unhappy and going to take the Expedition to another Ford dealership for servicing. More
